  1. How can I install your application on my Windows Mobile handheld?

    There are two ways to install our Windows Mobile applications:

    I) There is a link to .ZIP archive in Download section on the right side of a product page. It is usually the first download there and it's called "Universal desktop installation file".
    a) Download this archive to your desktop and unpack it using WinZip or WinRar. You'll receive an .EXE installation file.
    b) Make sure that your handheld is connected to your desktop.
    c) Run the .EXE installation file and then follow instructions on your desktop and your handheld.

    II) If an application is not a bundle, there are three different links to .CAB installation files in Download section on the right side of the product page.
    a) Choose the one that suits your handheld's operating system* and download it to your device.
    b) Locate the .CAB installation file using your device's File Explorer.
    c) Run it and then follow instructions on your handheld.

    *If your handheld has a touchscreen and it was bought in 2006 or later, most likely you should choose Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.x Classic/Professional installation file. If your handheld hasn't got a touchscreen, you should choose Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphones, 6.x Standard installation file.

I have not received registration code. Why is that?

First of all, please check your spam/junk folder. Nowadays all email providers are using anti-spam filters, which are far from perfect, so our email is sometimes marked as spam. Unfortunately there are some types of filters which even does not accept our meail, so you will not find it in your spam folder. Please, use registration code retrieval form to contact us in this case.

Second most probable reason is invalid (or non-working) email address. In this case we can not even contact you, so please provide valid and 100% working email while purchasing.
