First of all, please check your spam/junk folder. Nowadays all email providers are using anti-spam filters, which are far from perfect, so our email is sometimes marked as spam. Unfortunately there are some types of filters which even does not accept our meail, so you will not find it in your spam folder. Second most probable reason is invalid (or non-working) email address. In this case we can not even contact you, so please provide valid and 100% working email while purchasing.
As you may or may not know, registration code is based on something. For Palm OS devices it is based on HotSync ID, for WM devices – on User Name, for BlackBerry – on PIN, e.t.c. This means you should carefully input data on purchase. Don't worry, if you have provided incorrect data and completed purchase. Just write us a letter and provide correct data in it.
Second reason is mistyping of registration code. Please make sure that you are entering code exactly as you received it.
Another common problem is trying register one product with the key of another. For example, you have purchased SU: Spiders, but trying to register single Spider game. So make sure that you are registering the same application that you have purchased.
The most common problem is that you are trying to register similar product from another developer. Make sure that you are trying to register product from inDev Software (hint: check "About" form)
Second probable reason: you are trying to register old version of our product (long, long time ago
in a galaxy far, far away we have used different 5-digit registration codes).

What to do if I have mistakenly purchased two or more copies of the same application?
In case if you mistakenly purchased same application twice (or more) from our site via eSellerate, you don't need to worry. We monitor all eSellerate transactions and in case of duplicate purchase, we will process refund manually even without your request.
Please note that all questions regarding double (or sometimes triple) charges while purchasing from other our partners (Handango, Mobihand, e.t.c.) should be directed to their customer support. In this case it can take up to several days to complete your request.
