Solitaires for Windows v.1.01 becomes adware.

From now on you don't have to pay for Windows version of Solitaires Unlimited. While you are playing your favorite solitaire, small unobtrusive banner will be displayed in the top right corner of application window. We believe this is an adequate 'price' to pay for a collection of 800 different solitaire games.

This update also includes some minor bugfixes for almost two years.
