MapView v.1.1.6: support for yet more GPS receivers.

In this release we have added support for some GPS receivers that could not be recognized earlier. So all users of such devices as Wintec WBT-201, Navilock BT-3 and others now can use MapView too. If you have experienced "GPS device not supported" bug, now it is time to try our new version.

Also we have improved stability while reading data from some devices (e.g. Holux M-1000).

As usually, new version of MapView is available for downloading at its product page.
